Yes. As soon as your discreet package is on its way, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number (usually for Royal Mail or DHL).
You can click the link in the email to track your delivery in real-time. If you don't see the email within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If you are out, our courier will first try to leave your parcel in a secure safe place. If that isn’t possible, they will leave a card or send you an email outlining the next steps.
If your parcel is taken to a local collection point, it will be held for 7 days before being returned to us. Please remember to bring your missed delivery notice and a valid photo ID when collecting your order.
If your order hasn't arrived or you cannot locate it, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. This allows us to trace the package with the courier immediately. Please note that we are unable to investigate or resolve claims reported outside of this timeframe.

Please contact our Customer Care team immediately if you wish to cancel. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we will cancel and refund you in full. However, if the parcel has already been dispatched, we will be unable to stop it. In that case, you may need to return the item once it arrives (subject to our returns policy).
