We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but all our orders are sent in discreet, plain packaging — so they already make a perfectly presentable gift.

Keep your toys in a clean, dry place — ideally in the storage pouch or box they came with. Store different toys separately to prevent materials from reacting with one another over time.

Most toys can be cleaned with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, or with a dedicated toy cleaner — several of which we stock in our accessories range. Always check the product's care instructions. Never submerge a battery-operated or rechargeable toy unless it is explicitly labelled as fully waterproof.

Yes. We only stock products made from body-safe, non-toxic materials — including medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, borosilicate glass, and stainless steel. We do not sell products containing harmful materials such as phthalates.

Yes. NaughtyNest is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We fully comply with UK age verification regulations.

If a courier returns your order to us because it could not be delivered (e.g. incorrect address, missed collection), a restocking fee may apply before we can resend it. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

As long as the item is unused and the hygiene seal is unbroken, we can arrange an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We're sorry to hear that. All our products are covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date of delivery. If your item develops a fault within this period, please get in touch and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. In most cases, you won't need to return the faulty item.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 1 hour of placing your order, before it has been dispatched. Once an order is on its way, we're unable to recall it, but you can return it once it arrives (subject to our returns policy above).

-Unwanted items: Return postage is your responsibility.
-Faulty items: Once the fault has been confirmed, we'll cover the return at our expense.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on unwanted items — provided the original hygiene seal is intact and the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: Sealed intimate products that have been opened cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons. This is in accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

The sender name on the label will not reference NaughtyNest or give any indication of the contents — nothing that would raise an eyebrow with the postman or anyone else at home.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

If you're not in, your courier (Evri or DHL) will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from a nearby collection point or depot.
